Lucky Cat - A Decent Place for Your Long Night

Well, Jaksel people, who doesn't know Lucky Cat, right?
It's pretty popular cafe, based in Kuningan, specifically in Plaza Festival (known as PasFes) near Bakri University & Epicentrum Walk. It's also my one of favourite place to visit. It can never go wrong to come here.

For you who never visit Lucky Cat, and or plan to visit it soon in the future, I'd like to share some highlights of my visits here :)

LUCKY CAT (3.9/5)

1. The Taste (4/5)
I love the pasta and caffe latte here. The pasta especially is good. Other than that will not disappoint you. I've also tried fried calamari, the sauce is very much good. They have a complete menu, from appetiser to main menu, and you will have plenty choices. And i also like the sight of every food I've ever tried. It's so pretty you can not resist to take a picture of it.

2. The Price (4/5)
They will not robbed you, but you can not expect a cheap price for a good food above :)
You know, price will never lie.. But, you will not be grumpy to cash out more here, because they provide you a good food and a cozy place to hang out, not to mention instagramable. So what's left to complain? Oh you can also check more in Zomato ya.

3. The Ambience (4/5)
I've tried several spots here : in the smoking area because other seats were taken and it's the only choice, the right wing with wooden chair arranged for 4 people, and in the sofa right in front of the cashier. I've also visited this place for different agendas, for meeting, to work alone, and to hang out with friends.
For meeting (formal or informal) and for work i think the wooden chair is the best because it keeps you focus and the table is on chest level so it's easier to type in your laptop or take a notes.. And especially because there's more electric plugs around these tables. But doesn't mean you can't charge your phone in sofa seats area.
Lucky Cat, from several visits, is always heavy with visitors. You have to know that they open for 24 hours, and I've ever visit in 11 pm, and they were still crowded :)
But it's not a suffocated-crowd, it's more like lively place that make you easily forget it's already midnight..

4. The Service (4/5)
Their service is good. When it's full, they keep the waiting list, provide the chair for people who waits, and easy to talk to. The staffs are also quite goofy, not to mention attractive >.<
It looks like they hire a young student part-timer, but I'm not so sure, and it's just my assumption wk..

5. The Unique (3/5)
It's just generally like other caffes out there, but I really appreciate it that they open for 24 hours. It's so much help for me and my friends, who often hang out together on weekend, don't have a place to stay for long other than our 'kosan', so we need a place like this :)
Usually we hang out in McD, still in Pasfes, but it doesn't feel right anymore..
You know, we're getting old and all, and fast food is not a clever pick :'')

So in conclusion, i love this place, it's like another comfort zone for me..
A place that i will definitely come back to, when other places ask me to leave (read : already closed) 😄
